All seriousness aside, it is hard to achieve optimal health living in New York – Happy Hour seems to be as common as one’s daily shower, street meat always beckons at lunch hour, and the subway is just that much quicker than walking the 20 blocks to work. We know this is hard because…this is where it all comes together folks…we live here, too. And we want to be just as optimal as the next gal. I mean, optimal all over, not just in our wit and charm, because we’re totally optimized in that department.
