New to the neighborhood is Uptown Girl, which opened on the Upper East Side on January 25. Dubbed as “specialists in lashes & locks,” the salon offers a variety of services, most notably lash and hair extensions (surprise, surprise), with brow extensions for the overplucked among us hitting the menu in February.
Among the most popular Uptown Girl services is the “FABULASH” Starter Set – a full set of eyelash extensions, “WINKS” – extensions applied only to the outer lashes for a more demure look, “LASH OUT” – lower lash extensions, and “RED CARPET HAIR” (hair extensions using human hair with keratin protein bond application.)
