Your Favorite Razor

We all have our favorite razors, whether electric or handheld.

Which one is yours? (Ladies, feel free to chime in as well, since this can apply to razors for legs as well)

Personally, and as I wrote about back in the April 2007 BN issue, I really like the Norelco Speed XL-8150 electric razor. I have now had this product for a good 2.5 years and it still delivers an excellent, comfortable and close. And for just $90, it is a very good value to boot.

Re: Your Favorite Razor

What do you like most about it? I would be very interested to hear.

While I love the Norelco, I have had it for 3 years and so when I am in the market for a new one, I would like to have as much information on other brands as possible. Seeing as a good, reliable electric razor is not cheap.

Re: Your Favorite Razor

I prefer a regular razor to an electric razor. I've used the Gilette Mach razors since they came out. I think it's Mach 4 or 5 now. I have sensitive skin and an electric razor has always made my skin break out. The Gilette is always nice and sharp. The only downside is that the replacement razors heads are expensive.
