Everyone who was anyone in the beauty industry (and yes, little ol’ me) arrived at the iconic Waldorf Astoria on Friday, May 2 for the annual CEW Beauty Awards, which celebrate the very best in beauty. Each year, CEW Beauty Award finalists are voted on by the organization’s 4,000 industry members while the board of governors selects the final winners.
Industry notables and TV personalities were on-hand for the festivities, including Sex and the City’s Mario Cantone, who hosted the event and kept guests in stitches with his loud and boisterous commentary. “When shoppers see a product with the CEW Winner’s seal they know it’s been vetted by a professional.
