Put on a wig and gather the kids. The Citibabes’ Annual Halloween Spooktacular invites you to enjoy sing-a-longs, story readings, face painting and Trick-or-Treating. On Sunday, October 26th, you and the family can participate in all the Halloween festivities you can take in one day. There will also be a costume parade and contest at 2pm. You don’t want to miss it!
