Guacamole recipe:
2-3 ripe avocados
1 ripe tomato – diced
1 jalapeno pepper – diced( remove seeds to decrease heat) (can use other chili peppers if preferred)
1 4oz. can diced green chilis
1-2 limes (depends on how tart you want it)
2-3 Tbs chopped cilantro
1-2 Tbs sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Tabasco or other hot sauce to taste (optional)
1/2 cup of diced red onion

Mash avocado in mixing bowl
Add canned chilis, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro and stir to mix well
Add lime juice and S&P ( taste to adjust seasoning or tartness)
Add hot sauce if desired
Add sour cream and stir until incorporated
Serve with favorite corn chips
