City Pulse

By the looks of the 10-day weather forecast, it seems that by this weekend spring will be in full effect. Hopefully we’ll see an end to April showers and more of those May flowers. There can’t be a more perfect way to welcome the season with a new pair of shades.

Just in time for spring, the motherland of all vintage scores will be having an event this weekend featuring a ton of great vintage finds but focusing on some great shades. The Manhattan Vintage Clothing Show is one of the best vintage sales around, 80 of the nation’s top dealers have compiled the best in vintage clothing and textiles. You’ll find designer labels on dresses, gowns, coats, suits and jackets while accessorizing with some classic belts, handbags, shoes, gloves and hats.

So whether you’re a RayBan girl, prefer a classic Jackie O style or a rockin’ pair of aviators you’re sure to find a great classic style to bring you right into those May flowers.

What: The Manhattan Vintage Clothing Show, $20 Admission
When: Friday, April 24th 1:00-8:00pm & Saturday, April 25th 11:00am-6:00pm
