If you’ve ever tried Joey New York’s Pure Pore Cleansing Gel with Vitamin C, you know the line rocks!

Joey New York has now created a new color line that is scrumptious looking, is fun to play with (you gotta try the pencils) and is good for you.

The Joey New York Collagen Boosting Lipsticks, Lip Glosses and Lip liners all contain Palmitoyl Oligopeptide – that’s a protein building ingredient, which helps promote collagen, to give you kissy lips. I road tested the lipstick, loved the way it felt; smooth, lightweight, shiny and glided on easily. The new Chiseled Cheeks Powder Blush has micro-crystal light deflectors that minimize any lines, pores or wrinkles. I especially liked that the compact, which fit into the palm of my hand, has a mirror. The blush is divided into two halves – one matte and one shimmer – you can mix them, or wear them separately. There’s also a Chiseled Cheeks Sheer Blush Gel if you prefer a sheer look.

Joey New York has unleashed great eye pencils. Their SoBe Smudgies take their name from the gorgeous women of South Beach. The pencils are glimmery eye shadows that glide on, and can easily be smudged or blended with a powder. Or you can use them as a liner. Each pencil comes with a sharpener.

Smooth Glide Eye Pencils come in four colors and can some zing to your eyes day or night.

You need to also check out Joey New York’s Eye Shading Powders, mascara and all of their hot and spicy line. You can purchase Joey New York at Barneys, Sephora, Bliss Spa, Brownes, Gadabout, The Ritz-Carlton, Four Season, ,

It’s getting colder outside; you’ve bought your new winter coat, but what about Muffy, Isa or Jake? Shouldn’t your pooch get a new winter wardrobe?

You may want to splurge on Coach collar or leash for them now or stick it under the tree ()

Or if you’d rather have your dog in a coat that is as special as her/his personality, check out Debbys Dog Coat Millennium Collection Not only will you find classic tartan coats, but there’s also coats in leopard, zebra and cheetah prints.

What do you do when you have something you don’t need any more? Or you’re looking for a book, plant, computer or shoes and your budget is tight? Join Free Cycle

There are Free Cycles for almost every community across the country. It’s an online group where people post items they don’t want or need anymore and people can also post items that they’re looking for; matches and friends have been made through these groups. It’s free to join, free to give away items and free to pick things up. Once you post something, oh say you’re giving away your old duvet cover; you’ll get emails from interested parties who want it. It’s up to the both of you to decide how to do the handoff. What a great way to recycle and meet your neighbors.

How about some free chocolate? Drop by Coliseum books Today (Thursday) and meet David Lebovitz, author of “The Great Book of Chocolate” at 6 PM. He’ll sign copies of his book and you can sample chocolates by Scharffen Berger for free. Call 212-423-3337 for more information.

If you miss the Muppets go right now to , check out “Diva’s Diary” it’s Miss Piggy’s own personal blog, The Studio Lounge has online games, photos of Beaker and other characters and yes, of course there’s Kermy. So, if you’ve got one of those long days at work, break it up by visiting the Muppets.
