The Resolution
@ W Hotel Times Square — Blue Fin (1567 Broadway at 47th Street)
6 Parts Sauza Silver Tequila (or Sauza Blue Silver Tequila)
1 Part Pomegranate Juice
1 Part Simple Syrup
Dash of Peychaud’s Bitters
16 Parts Champagne
Silver Candy Beads
* Build first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a champagne glass.
Top with champagne and candy garnish. Serve at midnight.

Mischief at Midnight

2 oz. Stoli Gala Applik
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon
.75 oz. Housemade Cinnamon Syrup
.5 oz. Apple Cider
Cinnamon Stick Garnish

Dazzlin’ Ball Drop
@ The Empire Hotel — Lobby Bar (44 West 63rd Street)
2 oz. Corzo Silver Tequila
.75 oz. Agave
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Grand Marnier
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
Lingonberries
Garnish with a Lime Wheel

Holiday Cheer
@ Warwick New York Hotel — Randolph’s Bar and Lounge (65 West 54th Street)
Champagne and raspberry puree

RA-ZZZI-TINI
@ Le Cirque (One Beacon Court, 151 East 58th Street)
Purtiy Vodka
Fresh Raspberries
Fresh Lemon Juice
Fresh Cranberry Juice
Top with Champagne
* Combine ingredients in a martini glass, top with champagne.

Midnight Kiss — Make it yourself!
2 oz. VOGA Italian Sparkling
1 oz. Apple Cider
.5 oz. Ginger Vodka
Juice from ½ Lemon
1 Apple (sliced)
Combine Ginger Vodka, apple cider, fresh lemon juice, and stir. Top with VOGA Sparkling and garnish with apple slices.

Spiced Eggnog – A holiday favorite, make it yourself as a post party wrap-up!
1 ½ oz. Bacardi Oak Heart Spiced Rum
1 oz. Domaine de Canton
4 oz. Eggnog
Whipped Cream, for garnish
Whole Nutmeg, for garnish
Maraschino Cherry, for garnish
* Combine Bacardi Oak Heart Spiced Rum, Domaine, and Eggnog in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into rocks glass. Top with whipped cream, grated nutmeg and a maraschino cherry.
