City Pulse

By Yasmin Jorge

This weekend, many will partake in a great American tradition – the Super Bowl. We will celebrate with buddies, relatives, and perhaps cute strangers at local bars and other hip eateries. We also get a pass on major high-calorie, super fattening noshing and imbibing. Now for our fashionable readers hosting their own Super Bowl fetes on Sunday, here are some skinny cocktails to enjoy with zero guilt. They are easy to make and can help off-set the damage caused diving into bowls of guacamole, plates of cheesy fries, Mexican beef and bean dips with tortillas, etc., in front of those huge-screen plasma TVs.

Whether you’re rooting for the Giants or Patriots, may your team score high while you sip low!
