Now through the end of January (with a possible extension through February) and in anticipation of Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella coming to Broadway, princesses of all ages can meet Prince Charming and have a happily ever after-noon at NYC’s Palace Hotel. A delectable Cinderella-themed brunch, complete with a photo op of Prince Charming placing the glass slipper on your little one’s foot, is sure to become a lasting and special memory for your family.
My 2-year-old daughter, dressed in her Cinderella ball gown of course, indulged in the “build your own castle yogurt parfait” while my mother and I enjoyed a delicious ‘fairy godmother frittata’ and decadent “back by midnight” Belgium waffle. The ‘pumpkin coach cheesecake’ and the royal wedding ‘something blue’ cupcakes were the perfect end to this whimsical culinary fairy tale.
The gorgeous Palace Hotel, with its grand chandeliers, winding staircases and ornate candelabras, is the perfect setting for princesses (and princes) of all ages to bring this classic story to life. The Palace staff truly made each of us feel like royalty. I, personally, will treasure the memory of this special day shared with my mother and my daughter – the most beautiful princesses in my life. The Cinderella-themed brunch is offered at the New York Palace Hotel on Saturdays and Sundays throughout January from noon to 2:30pm. While attending the brunch, guests can enter a daily drawing to win four tickets to see Cinderella on Broadway.
