City Pulse
June 2010

If crowds of carnivores in Madison Square Park really aren’t your thing, then head to the West Village this weekend for the Undead Jazz Festival, a two day, three venue event that features over 35 musicians.

Supporting the somewhat underground jazz scene in NYC, the fest will be held at three different jazz clubs with distinct differences, Le Poisson Rouge and Kenny’s Castaways on Bleeker St. and Sullivan Hall on Sullivan St.

The single-day festival pass goes for a mere $25 while the two-day pass will only cost you $5 extra. So head to the West Village and expand your musical horizons this weekend because after all, nobody does live music like Manhattan.

Visit http://www.undeadjazzfest.com to learn more about the event, who’ll be performing and how to score tickets.

What: The Undead Jazz Festival
Where: Le Poisson Rouge 158 Bleeker St., Kenny’s Castaways 157 Bleeker St., Sullivan Hall 214 Sullivan St.
