Stand-up comedian/actress/singer, Kit Williams, brings her very personal story to the NYC cabaret stage this month. Musing over the past 10 years, Kit has written a raw and uproarious comedy about her life experiences and people who have crossed her path from Oklahoma to Los Angeles and ultimately New York City.
From her work in TV and theater to dating and relationships, “Claws” is guaranteed to be hilarious, provocative and bawdy enough to make “Sex in the City’s” Carrie Bradshaw blush and E. L. James drop her copy of “Fifty Shades of Grey.”
Look at what this kitty-cat dragged in!
Accompanied by original music, Broadway favorites and guest appearances include Dolls of Eden, Nikki Van Cassele, Christopher Michael McLamb, and Eddie Guttman. In association with Apoloniad Productions, “This Kitty Has Claws” is directed by Amy Garson-Camden.
So gather up your clowder, including the frisky and feral ones; dawwgs are welcome too. No caterwauling here, only laughs, cocktails, and catchy tunes. Make your reservation early as this cabaret room will be raucous and SRO.
