City Pulse
April 2009

By Willette Francis

Season after season H&M gives us stylish, trendy and (most importantly) affordable fashions for every girl’s budget. This spring and summer, H&M will do it again with another fabulous designer collaboration. Designer Matthew Williamson is creating a women’s collection for H&M, using his signature style of vibrant, bold color. These pieces will be fun, flirty and influenced by his past and present iconic runway looks.

On April 23rd, about 200 H&M stores will carry the collection worldwide. The collection includes dresses, tops and all-in-ones as well as impeccable tailoring with must have pieces for the season. The spring collection is only the first part of this collaboration. On May 14th, about 1400 H&M stores will carry the second half of the collection designed to ensure the perfect summer wardrobe. Prices range from $92 to $400. We’re already swooning over the silk maxi dress, leather vest and wide studded leather belt. What’s your Williamson for H&M must-have?
