There’s no better time in New York City for people watching than outside of Lincoln Center during Fashion Week. Editors, models, bloggers and fashionistas galore flood the plaza, sporting their most stylish pieces, aware that this is the place to see and to be seen. This past week, outside the Fall 2011 Collections, there were no shortages of outfits to covet. Even though it was mid-February and the temperatures varied immensely from 30 to 50 degrees, depending on the day, New York’s fashion crowd did not disappoint. After all, the right accessories can carry any look.
