Hair Care

By Kathryn Holl

Big news in the hair care world: getting your best salon-savvy products just got a little easier. Sally Hershberger has launched a special line of at-home hair care products at Walgreens.

The new line, Sally Hershberger Supreme Head, has been created with all hair types in mind. Really, great hair shouldn’t be so hard to find. The bottles are cute, too.

This professional line offers high-quality, high-performance formulations at affordable prices. The best part is that the products really do what they as they say and leave hair looking like it was left in high-end hands.

Supreme Head products are specialized for various hair types: normal to thin for added volume and texture; normal to thick to minimize dryness and maximize manageability; and wavy hair to define and control frizz. Styling products for all hair types include the Shag Spray (think Meg Ryan), Star Shine (think red carpet polish), Wreck and Roll Texturizing Gel (think rock and roll) and Wreck and Roll Texturizing Cream (to keep it under control).

Those who purchase a Supreme Head product can enter the UPC code on the bottle to have access to Sally’s instructional 3 minute “how-to” video. These videos provide customers with step-by-step instructions on how to style their hair, adding a personal touch to her mass market products.

Unlike a pricey cut from the stylist to the stars herself, Sally Hershberger Supreme Head shampoos and conditioners cost $9.50 while even the styling products will only set you back about 12 bucks.

Thank god for 24-hour pharmacies.
