Gyms are overcrowded and smelly is an excuse for not working out that I often hear. An excuse, but a valid one. Those of you who still brave these inconveniences, often end up having to wait for exercise equipment. This waiting time takes away from the great workout you intended to get when you walked into the gym. No wonder you feel fed up and frustrated.
