A training program, Buff Brides, offered at all New York Sports Clubs and their affiliates-Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington Sports Clubs, can help get you in great physical shape for the big day. The original concept comes from Buff Brides, the book by Sue Fleming.
Sue Fleming, fitness trainer and author, explains, “Brides-to-be are the most committed clients I’ve ever had. They’re motivated, they’re focused, they’re ready. In this society, we’ve been brought up to believe that the most important occasion of a woman’s life is her wedding. On that day, all eyes are on the bride.”
After all, if you don’t look and feel your best, none of the other components will matter. As it is, the planning stages for a wedding are already very stressful – why put yourself under more stress by not having help with this crucial aspect of the preparation? You have experts for everything else – location, food, invitations, flowers, cake. Consider your fitness trainer another imperative part of your wedding plan.
