Metro Man & Metro Home

By PK Greenfield

Ask any guy what is his favorite piece of clothing to wear and I guarantee he will say, ‘A T-shirt,’ which will be immediately followed by the words, ‘and jeans.’ While the latter gets a little more complicated, the prior is a relatively easy garment that comes with few requirements: Men want a simple T-shirt that fits and breathes. I discovered that the RibbedTee undershirt covers all bases. It keeps me cool and comfortable.

Men’s fashion has changed very little over the decades. While the word T-shirt has the tendency to make designers like Michael Kors’ head explode, the truth is that for many men our wardrobe starts and in some cases, ends there. If we could dress like Marlon Brando in “The Wild One” every day, we probably would.

This cotton RibbedTee is made in America, lightweight and the collar lays flat — that’s important to me. I prefer the Classic fit, ribbed undershirt with a v-neck. It’s a T-shirt that will help me get through the dog days of summer, especially in the subway.

With Father’s Day just a few weeks away, the RibbedTee is a great gift idea for dads of all ages. It can be worn with his favorite jeans or under a dress shirt. Tell him he looks like a “young Brando” in it and you’ll really make his day.
