Metro Mama & Metro Baby

By Kim Taylor

The Metro Mama section will periodically peek into a diaper bag to find a perfect baby product line to spotlight, and this month it’s the Body Shop’s Buriti Baby line.

Buriti Baby Body Butter is a smooth, spreadable concoction of Community Trade ingredients, including shea butter from Ghana, organic Italian olive oil, Guatamalan aloe vera and Brazilian soya oil. Not only does it soften baby’s skin, but it also enriches the lives of the women in the Tungteiya Women’s Shea Butter Association.

Other items in this preservative-free range include Buriti Baby Shampoo, Baby Body Wash, Baby Massage Gel and accessories such as an ultra soft wash cloth, a textured hooded snugli bath towel, and gentle bristle hair brush.

Find them at all Body Shop locations and online at http://www.thebodyshop.com – they’ll fit perfectly within your bag and with your plans for baby.
