I don’t use soap often. I don’t know why, but as a child it always left my skin dry

and taut. Not that I didn’t love the shape, fragrance and feel of soap bars. I always remember Bromley’s lemon bars our mum would put in the “good” bathroom for visitors. But I never used it on my face. Soap was for your hands and for baths, not for your face.

Recently however, I’ve changed my mind. I tried Organix South’s latest addition to their collection: TheraNeem’s Facial Complexion Botanical Cleansing Bar.

This gentle soap is a soothing blend of organic neem, jojoba, SCO2 sea buckthorn extract (for cellular rejuvenation) rose geranium and clary sage (for balance), specially formulated for delicate facial cleansing and cellular rejuvenation. Perfect for sensitive complexions like mine.

This hand crafted soap gives a rich lather (without SLS thank you), and smells naturally good. Your skin not only feels clean but polished with nutrients, preparing your pores for the upcoming moisturizer. No residue is left on your skin; just a light, pure, clean feeling that will keep your skin balanced and vibrant.

Best of all, TheraNeem isn’t just great for you skin, it’s also great for the environment. Not only does it come in a recycled box, but they also use environmentally friendly ink, to boot. (Wouldn’t Al be pleased?) No wonder I’ve changed my mind about soap.

Thankfully Whole Foods and almost all well-known health stores carry TheraNeem products. For more information, go to www.organixsouth.com
