There’s a line of aromatic oils and plant remedies that every all-natural enthusiast and beginner should know about: Amy Galper’s Buddha Nose products.

Every Buddha Nose product is handmade in small quantities to ensure its freshness and quality. All essential oils used in each blend are certified organic. Some are wild-crafted, farmed from around the world. Other ingredients, including the hemp seed oil (love this smell) and the Jojoba are also organic, and the beeswax comes from a small local bee farm in upstate New York. How sweet is that?

My recommendation list is long but here are a few must-haves that worked for me this summer.

Bug Away Spray
If bugs love you as much as me, get this. These harmless essential oils are refreshing on your skin. The only thing that hates it must be the bugs.

Bug Bite Balm
Got bitten? Calm the itch and swellings from irritating bug bites.

Five Element Balms
Five balms inspired by the healing philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Girl Balm
Have your period? Great! Time for a balm to rub away aches and grouchy feelings associated with PMS.

Heart Spray
Love this. Having a hissy fit in the office? Mist yourself to calm emotions, nurture your spirit and combat dry recycled air. Your co-workers will love you for it.

Immune Booster Salve
Bolster your immune system with this special blend of essential oils, ready to massage into an achy neck, head and shoulders.
