Scarlett Cosmetics is a very glam, very sexy line that is known for one thing above all else when it comes to their eye shadows (known in the line as Glamo-Glitz). That one thing? Pigment.

This holiday Scarlett introduces the Magic Carpet Collection. These viabrant jewel tones are ideal for creating festive holiday looks. Used wet or dry, these shadows stay on all day and well into the night. Colours like Sphinx (a must-have dark pewter), Storm (rich amethyst), and Bronzique (three guesses what colour this one is) come in powder form and are easy to blend. No worrying about clumping if you choose to use them wet for more pigment (or as a matching liner for sultry smokey eyes). Add more water and give your lids a sheer colour wash…whatever works for you, Glamo-Glitz is as easy to use as they are fun to look at. The formula is crease-resistant…and like I said, they have some serious pigment.
