Everyone enjoys a warm revitalizing shower to leave the body squeaky clean. Face, body, and hair cleansers are essential to your daily routine, but many contain harmful unnatural ingredients such as chemical preservatives, synthetic detergents, and thickeners that can irritate delicate skin. Try these wonderfully invigorating products to create a heavenly shower that will leave you naturally clean:

Dr.Bronner’s Pure Castile Soap is as bare as it gets. By saponifying fats from organic olive, hemp, jojoba, coconut, and palm oils instead of beef tallow, this soap is of higher quality and has more effective cleansing powers to leave your skin feeling pristine and fully cleansed. There are no chemical additives or preservatives; instead vitamin E and citric acid are used to ensure freshness. It’s also eco-friendly with a 100% post-consumer recycled bottle, so two-thumbs up for protecting mother earth. As a body wash, all you need to do is add Dr. Bronner’s Pure-Castile Soap to a warm wet cloth, and lather. The peppermint, eucalyptus, or tea-tree bases are the best for a steamy shower that will rinse away stress.

It is always rejuvenating to have an exfoliator rub away dead skin, and leave your body feeling brand new. Lush Sugar Scrub is a perfect accompaniment to your body wash. The solid sugar scrub consists of fair-trade sugar and a refreshing amount of fennel and ginger to help stimulate circulation and warm the body. The fennel is used both fresh and as oil for its crisp aroma and toning effects. Don’t worry, the sugar granules are not as rough as you may think, and a bit of lavender added to the ingredients helps to balance and soften skin. Lush Sugar Scrub is also preservative free. This truly “naked” and fresh scrub is another awesome component to your all-natural and invigorating shower.

Moving on to our delicate face, we want a cleanser that will protect and not harm us, along with something that can dig deep down to those nitty-gritty blackheads and enlarged pores, ultimately leaving us with a smooth glowing appearance. Lush Ocean Salt scrub is what you are looking for! Made of only fresh ingredients including avocado, coconut, grapefruit extract, ocean salt, and a dash of lime juice extracted in vodka, Lush Ocean Salt is the epitome of fresh and natural. The coarse ocean salt helps remove dirt and release clogged pores, while the avocado rehydrates cracked, dry, or aging skin with its unsaturated oil. The fresh grapefruit infusion has natural anti-bacterial properties and is extremely refreshing. To top it all off, the dash of lime juice extracted in vodka is a great toner. Other ingredients include seaweed absolute, coconut fat, lime oil, and violet absolute. It stimulates the face while cleaning the surface, and everything below it. Bonus: it also smells delightful.

John Masters Spearmint & Meadowsweet Scalp Stimulating Shampoo is the cherry on top of your shower indulgence. Its purifying ingredients are certified organic and comprised of spearmint and peppermint, meadowsweet extract, eucalyptus oil, zinc, and soy proteins. The eucalyptus helps to remove bacteria, while the soy protein builds strength. The shampoo tingles a bit when applied, as the peppermint and spearmint enervate the scalp while helping to maintain healthy hair. Its aroma is uplifting and wonderful during your spa-like shower.

Finish up with John Masters Rosemary & Peppermint Detangler, the perfect solution for unruly, knotted, or in-need-of-conditioning hair. It consists of only certified organic plant oils, proteins and vitamins. The key ingredients are rosemary, peppermint, soy-protein, and coconut oil. These lovely ingredients promote hair growth, strength, and add volume and shine. The conditioner is smooth when applied, and extremely lightweight. The steam of the shower releases the strong scent for a final stimulating shower fete. Apply, leave in for a few minutes, breathe in and out, rinse, and enjoy your newly revitalized and clean self!
