It’s not only time to haul out the holly, it’s time to jetset, travel and head home for the holidays. This month we selected several fabulous designers and companies for their clothing and products that make holiday travels merry and bright.
#5: Burton Durable Goods. From snowboards to luggage, hats to socks to some of the best crafted jackets and coats, we chose Burton for their superior men’s and women’s outdoor apparel. The Cordova Jacket is at the top of our list for style and durability. These jackets will not only make you look good at all outdoor activities but keep you protected from the elements. Excellent quality, superb craftsmanship and attention to details helped maintain their slot on our holiday travel list. They are available at JackThreads and Burton online.
#4: Sholdit. This creative small business won us over with their wide selection of scarves for men and women. As we navigate long airport lines, subway rides, and outdoor adventures this winter, stay on trend, warm, and fashionable with the latest styles from SHOLDIT.
New to the lineup this Fall, SHOLDIT has debuted their warm fleece scarves and unisex pocketed Neck Gaiters for extra warmth – all while keeping your belongings safe & close at hand — the single loop scarf has a zipper pocket to protect your valuables, keys, ID, etc. We found this very convenient for ice skating in Central Park or ski trips to Vermont.

#3: Paul Betenly. We anticipate “The Weekender”, that will be available in January 2017 in five colors: Cobalt Blue, Navy, Black, Sand, and Ruby.
The Weekender: 100% Wool, Garment Washed, Garment Dyed, Casually Crafted, Modern Fit. Perfect for those winter weekend getaways. Until then we have become fans of Paul Betenly jackets and trousers made of wool, jersey cotton, and technical blended fabrics to create a refined, yet casual aesthetic. Their Vantage Wool trousers are water resistant, stain resistant, and will stretch to provide extra comfort for every man’s shape and size.

#2 Beau Ties LTD of Vermont. We recently discovered this small business in Vermont that is dedicated to making handmade neckties. The styles, fabrics and craftsmanship are wonderful. Beau Ties makes neckwear for all occassions and seasons and that is how they made our holiday travel list. Every party will be more festive when you show up wearing one of their holiday patterns or designs.
This is one part of your wardrobe that is a must-have and we don’t believe that Beau Ties are just for boys.

#1 Oregami Luggage. No traveler should leave home without Oregami Luggage. It is the first suitcase to come with three fold-out trays that make organizing your trip so much easier. With Oregami, you can see all of your items at once- eliminating the annoyance of digging through the tub to find what you need. The compartment trays fold out and stack on top of each other to separate dirty/clean clothes, organize by day/event or even divide kids clothes from your own to cut down on the number of suitcases you bring with you.
We tried it and were pleasantly surprised how much easier it is to pack and unpack. The compartments are perfectly designed to hold your clothes and essentials for quick getaways, business trips or long excursions.

Happy travels this holiday season!
