Beauty Mavens and Starlettes:
There’s a New Spot to be Seen

By Rebecca Goldberg

If you’re filming your next ‘project’ in Vancouver this fall, or looking to spy on those that are, you’ll want to stay at the new, hip place no doubt.

The Kor Group–of Viceroy, Maison 140 and Chamberlain fame–is expanding its collection of unique, boutique hotels. And with it, a style founded by Kelly Wearstler, a little designer you might know from Bravo’s Top Design. The interiors of this brand-spanking-new space have been designed by Babey Moulton Jue & Booth.

The Loden, which opened in July, will feature Voya (as in voyage). It’s a new restaurant led by Marc-AndrĂ© Choquette.

He’s a French-Asian cuisine specialist. I don’t know about you, but I smell fusion.
Loden’s also cooking up a full service spa and fitness studio.

They say that the best place to network at the gym.

If you see Clive Owen there, tell him that I said hello.
