Happy 2012! We’re so quick to rush into our resolutions on the first of January, we don’t think to take a bit of time to unwind from the stressful holiday season. On the go or at home, use these products to take a quick respite before diving head first into the new year:

Find balance and serenity with the Roam Folding Yoga Mat. The beauty of yoga is you can literally do it anywhere, but a rolled up mat takes up much needed real estate in the carry on. This mat folds into a small, perfectly compact square, which can slide right beside your laptop and take up no more space than it. Unfold it in your hotel room (or wherever you are!) and run through your vinyasa with ease and comfort. Available at

Release tension with Rejuvenation’s Tension Relief Balls. They fit in the palm of your hand and can be rolled over achy shoulders, joints, muscles, wherever your stress builds. For me, it’s the neck, and the texture of these really helps massage out even the toughest knots. If your feet are in need of some loving care, after hours of mall shopping and standing on lines, I recommend Rejuvenation’s Foot & Body Relaxation Roller. It can be used on any part of your body, but I love rolling my foot over it. It’s perfectly shaped to hit every muscle and really bring on the relaxation. You can find these at

Aromatherapy is my short cut to stress relief, and on the go or in our cars, we may need all the help we can get. Yankee Candle has some incredible products for travel, making your trip scent-sational! Whatever your favorite aroma – Macintosh Spice, French Vanilla, Clean Cotton, Midsummer’s Night – you’re covered. I really love their vent sticks, which clip into your car’s air vent. The car jars are also especially fabulous, for a more traditional air freshener. Anyway path you choose to zen, Yankee Candle has a scent and a solution. Find these on or in your local Yankee Candle store.
