Delina Eau De Parfum
I adore florals, specifically – roses. Maybe I’m biased, rose is in my name. Roses are timeless though; always well perceived, always irresistible, always classic. The fragrance of rose puts anyone who gets a whiff in the most sensual of moods. That’s why Delina has been on my mind for the past few weeks, since I received her. From the well-known fragrance house Parfums de Marly, Delina is their pretty baby pink girl who plays well all year long on your skin.
The initial spritz on my neck opened with rhubarb, lychee (my favorite fruit), and bergamot. Bringing images of new love and nibbling kisses to mind. Oh, so very coquettish. As she dried down, leading ladies of Turkish rose, peony, and vanilla took center stage. This triune mingled into a cloud of euphoric wonder. Think marriage proposal ecstasy and first dances. Truly delectable. And in the end Delina turns into a white musk, cedarwood, incense, and cashmeran stupor. The scent wears well into the night and into your clothing (and maybe your lover’s shirt, if they’re lucky). Delina lasts for – absolutely – ever. She’s perfect for all women who want to feel beautiful… without saying a single word when she walks into the room.
