Valentine’s Day calls for chocolate, but not just any chocolate: the very best chocolate you can possibly find, which will undoubtedly be MarieBelle chocolates.
The Chocolate Scoop
MarieBelle’s chocolates are handmade from the highest quality single origin cacao, imparting rich, complex flavors that are not commonly found in chocolate. They choose the finest Criollo cacao beans from around the globe. Did you know that Criollo cacao comprises less than 10% of global chocolate production and is highly coveted by connoisseurs? That’s why MarieBelle’s chocolates are so spectacularly delicious. MarieBelle is equally discerning when it comes to the natural ingredients within its chocolates, including European butter, English lavender, Tahitian vanilla, Florida lemons, Japanese matcha tea, and Puerto Rican rum — all which are slowly infused into the chocolates, since freshness is essential to the complexity of their flavor.
For Valentine’s Day, Marie Belle offers 16 different options for purchasing something sweet for your loved ones. Check the lineup out here: https://mariebelle.com/collections/seasonal

All of their products are all natural.
Sweet History
Maribel Lieberman is the founder of MarieBelle New York, and lives in Soho with her husband, artist Jacques Lieberman, and their daughter. Maribel’s passion for confections started at an early age when as an eight-year-old child, she would concoct sugar candies and sell them to neighborhood children in her native Honduras. Her New York story began at the Parsons School of Design where her love for fashion and design led her into the fashion industry, followed by five years running her own elegant catering company, which paved the way for her discovery of chocolate as a lifelong passion. MarieBelle New York’s Soho shop opened in 2002, followed by the Cacao Market in Brooklyn and stores in Kyoto, Japan.
