Triad Theater Announces January 2022 Lineup

Feeling the post-holiday blues? Pining to see live performances again? Come to the popular Off-Broadway theater this month with a roster of great entertainers, superb cocktails and a lot of laughter. Triad Theater, conveniently located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, offers the perfect remedy to help you through winter.

Following is their line-up this month:

Join Des Bishop on his journey of pathos, wit and insightful storytelling about life with his parents and in particular his relationship with his mother and her passing.

Mia Mamma is performing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 12th.

Direct from Yale University, An Evening with the Yale Spizzwinks (?) takes the stage with their classic and contemporary songs. This a cappella group made up of Yale underclassmen was originated in 1914. The tradition continues. They have performed at such venues as The White House, Carnegie Hall and Madison Square Garden.

This concert is Thursday, January 13th at 7:00 pm.

This critically acclaimed musicalpalooza is a laugh-a-minute event with song, characters and dialog that changes mid-way thru via improvisation and audience participation. The creators state that Broadway’s Next Hit Musical could be written by you.

Saturday, January 15th at 7:00 pm.

Coined “The First Lady of Cabaret,” by Wolf Entertainment, Adrienne Haan brings a fascinating and melodic evening with her amazing voice and renditions of international composers and contemporary pop-jazz songs. She is a resident performer at Triad Theater and has been delighting audiences for over 6 years. Cabaret Français will have you applauding and saying, “Ooh la la, merci beaucoup!”

Showtime is at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 18th.

They’re baaaaack!  From Cher to Adele, possibly Kristin Chenoweth and Barba, Dorothy Bishop dazzles in the spotlight with her amazing voice and effortless transformations. Laughter is a guarantee with The Dozen Divas. You may even meet her biggest fan, Luther, but don’t get too close!

Dorothy and guests take the stage on Friday, January 21 at 7:00 pm.
