Backstage the brand used E VO hair care where their new creation, “ She bang-a-bang” was the premiere product. The look displayed was simple, slicked back with a cool edge. TOME’s collection is feminine and lady-like. The hair needed to have an effortless and natural look so that the line would be the hero- remarked Lauren Mccowan, EVO’s Hair Director.

The designs were liner, simple yet clean with strategic stripping and some pieces with animalesqe patterns. Sarah Jessica Parker added her personal touch to the brand by supplying the collection with her new line of SJP footwear, amping up the line with perfected poise.

Backstage was a bevy of futuristic fascinations of art in both makeup and body paint. All lines that presented feature elements of both to add accent to each assemblage. Antonio Urzi, an innovative designer who has often dressed Lady Gaga and Beyonce enlisted several disabled models to walk the runway. FTL Moda developed a partnership with Fondazione Vertical, an Italian Research foundation and Models of Diversity to recruit and collaborate with the runway talent for the collections.

As menswear starts to take full fashion presence in the tents, Ricardo Seco sets his own pace as a trailblazer in the industry. The Mexican designer debut his “REAL” collection in presentation form where models stood tall and proud giving each attendee the opportunity to view the line detail by detail. His clean lines and use of form engaged each look individually. The only similar item in each ensamble was his elaborate shoe exhibit. The models each adorn a contemporary handcrafted, beaded shoe in vibrant, Mexican traditional colors –each displaying a different design or motif, truly a genuine event.

Glam and glitz filled the runway as Sherri Hill revealed her enchanting Fall 2015 collection. The brand is notorious for dressing red carpet and beauty queens on a routine basis; exceptionally well…this season’s collection was no exception. True to brand form, Sherri Hill used numerous fabrics to complete each look. Intricate beading coupled with flowy and feathered fabrics gave models a ravishing appearance on the runway. The iconic line garnered the attention of BNNYC with fabric composition, draping, form and furious fashion throughout the entire show!
