Eileen Zimmerman is just like us and found herself searching everywhere for a bag that was both stylish and served a purpose. When all she could find were more utilitarian bags, that’s when she decided she’d create something herself. She says, “that would be beautiful, reusable, reliable, and, most importantly, would make me smile every time I used it.” After friends and relatives asked her to make them their own water-proof pouches, Wander & Perch was soon formed with the success of Wander Wet Bags™. The pouches are both fun and functional, and Zimmerman is inspired to expand the brand to make travel easier for her fellow wanderlusts. With that in mind, Wander & Perch is bringing back their very popular Luxe Laundry bags as well as a soon-to-come tote. What keeps the designer inspired? “I love to imagine being on vacation; I’m always inspired by the natural elements that embody different regions around the world,” Zimmerman. There’s too many cute designs to choose from: from pineapples, seahorses, stripes and solid colors, Wander & Perch has something for everyone.
