So far what I have tasted is horrible! I am a dark chocolate lover! The mint one is okay, but the Matcha one I couldn’t even finish 1 bite. It’s a little chalky. Might be good for hormones but your taste buds will hate you! I hope the raspberry one is a little better. If you have no taste buds, go for it, the health benefits are good.
