For example, if you want to exercise with a lighter weight dumbbell during an aerobic exercise workout, simply place the two dumbbells on the dumbbell tray and rotate the handle of each dumbbell until you’ve selected the exact weight you want.
If you plan on training with different levels of weights, Flybird’s adjustable dumbbells makes it easy to stick to your training routine. With a quick turn of the handle, you can swiftly convert each dumbbell to one of the following weight levels:
3 lbs. / 6 lbs. / 9 lbs. / 12 lbs. / 15 lbs.
There is a slight learning curve to using adjustable dumbbells, so be sure to read all of the instructions before you start working out with your Flybird dumbbells. You cannot adjust the weight level if the dumbbells are not in the tray.
