Are you feeling and looking like a caveman?
Well, I have some good news about grooming during this abysmal time of COVIT-19. Barba in New York is giving instructions on how to cut hair at home. These are not lessons just for men, it a virtual class room for the entire family to spruce up while barbershops and beauty parlors are closed. Following is what you need to know.
Actor Billy Porter receives another award — for hair cutting
For the kick-off on IGTV, Billy Porter offered to cut his husband, Adam Smith’s hair. Barba offered him yet another award for his outstanding abilities. Owner and stylist, Xavier Cruz of Barba says, “Without a doubt, these are hard times, but not all is lost. Quarancuts puts us closer together. We created this program to not only make us feel great over our appearance, but to also have fun. We will certainly have some good laughs during our sessions.”

I watched and followed instructions with my BabyBliss Pro clippers
Using Zoom, Xavier Cruz gives out instructions for “student sylists’ You can also watch on all social media as well as the Barba website at http://barbamgb.com/
I would also add that every household should have clippers and I recommend BabyBliss Pro – you can purchase them online for delivery. I tried the Quarencuts while watching the lessons online — I kept on my mask just to be safe. You don’t have to go as short as I did, you’ll learn about different styles with different attachments to your clippers.
I’m just glad that I no longer look like a caveman.
