During this stay-at-home-time many of us are taking the opportunity to shampoo our hair less frequently, while at the same time we’re doing our meetings, job interviews, even happy hours, on Zoom, FaceTime, Skype or other video calls. It can be a bit of a conundrum. Pre Covid19, I generally shampooed every other day, hence 3-4 times a week. Now, I’m washing my hair twice a week so it’s flat and limp on pre-shampoo day – not a great look. I need all the fluff and fullness I can get into my long straight hair. I’ve been experimenting with a lot of dry shampoos and here are some of my favorites.

I apply a good sized dollop of the fresh smelling foam into my hands, bend over and apply to my roots just where I want the most volume. I then work my hands through my hair near my scalp quickly so it dries almost instantly. My extra tip: Use it on freshly washed hair to add a little more volume after blow drying.
