The always lovely Olivia Munn stunned at the Los Angeles premiere of Mortdecai, pairing her floor length Ralph Rucci dress with glamorous, mid-70’s style hair. Fortunately, you don’t need a red carpet event or a stylist to look this good; celebrity hairstylist Christian Marc showed us how to get the look at home.
Marc began by applying Leonor Greyl Mousse au Lotus Volumatrice from root to tip on Munn’s damp hair, combing it through to make sure it was evenly distributed.
Once her hair was dry, he sprayed each section with Leonor Greyl Voluforme to ensure the body and texture would last all night. Marc then began curling her hair with a 1” curling iron, starting from the back of the head. Once he got to the front, he switched to a 1½” curling iron to create more relaxed waves.
After curling Munn’s whole head, he applied Leonor Greyl Éclat Naturel to the curls while brushing them out with a Mason Pearson Brush (he used both his fingers and just the tip of the brush). Once the waves were brushed through, Marc shook out her hair and sprayed it once more with Voluforme.
To finish off the look, he applied a small amount of Leonor Greyl Serum de Soie Sublimateur to the ends of Munn’s hair and around the part to keep it sleek and give it a bit of sheen.
Perfect for a date night!
