In the vast beauty products of the world to emerge in the eyes of NYC residents, a new Pop-Up has just opened. Well established Swedish hair care brand Maria Nila is sharing their 24 years of carefully crafted hair products in a sun-filled boutique located on the cusp of SOHO and Bowery.
About Maria Nila
Maria Nila started in 1999 by the Wikström family in a garage located in Stockholm, Sweden, inspired by the founder Ann Wikström’s great grandmother, Maria Nila. Maria Nila cared a lot about the environment and animals, which founded the roots of the company’s core values.
Globally recognized, Maria Nila kept their spirit of sustainability and became one of the first vegan beauty brands to become commercially successful.
The brand controls all aspects of creating their products to ensure these values stay intact. From ingredients through the entire manufacturing process including the working conditions, every part of the process is imbued with care and compassion.

What to Expect At The Pop-Up
From June 1st to the 27th, you’ll have the chance to experience the uplifting quality of Maria Nila hair care products in person. Their pop-up boutique is located at 63 Spring Street in between SOHO and Bowery districts.
The seashell decor brightens sullen spirits while you can test the many products Maria Nila has to offer. From moisturizing shampoos, hair creams and masks, their popular hair oils and more – you’ll have plenty to peruse upon your visit.
If you have any questions, stylists will be available help you find your hair care needs. All their products are also curl and color friendly so be sure to ask their stylists about what products work best for you.
Enjoy the sweet decor and perhaps while you are there, you’ll decide to get a salon service for yourself as a little treat.
