Drink Water the Right Time of Day

We all know that drinking water is very healthy and should be done often. But did you know that drinking water at different times of the day can be even more beneficial? Practice these 3 simple tips from wellness consultant Brian Chase, who tells us that hydration is the key to most everything. It helps against muscle soreness and helps during growth and recovery. And remember, you get just as dehydrated in winter as in the summer months.

Drinking 2 glasses of water shortly after waking up-
Can help activate internal organs.

Drinking 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal-
Can help with digestion.

Drinking 1 glass of water before taking a shower/bath-
May help to lower blood pressure.

Drink up!
