The Holiday Spritz:
Hosting a holiday party can be really stressful. But with this deliciously simple and seriously festive variation on the classic vodka tonic, you’ve got yourself a stress-free cocktail you can serve proudly. The colors are perfect for the holidays; the flavors are crisp and refreshing, and the mint and raspberries pair nicely with the bright floral notes of LEAF Vodka Alaskan Glacial Water! It’s sure to be your go-to holiday party cocktail!

4.5 oz. tonic water
1.5 oz. LEAF Vodka made from Alaskan Glacial Water (Lends a pure, smooth taste with a hint of sweetness)
4 raspberries
4 or 5 mint leaves
Lime wedge to garnish

In a festive cocktail glass, muddle the mint leaves and raspberries together. Fill the glass with ice and add LEAF Vodka made from Alaskan Glacial Water. Top off with tonic and garnish with more mint and a lime wedge. Serves 4-6.

The Rocking Toddy:
Nothing is more welcoming or more romantic at a holiday party then when you’ve got time alone with your loved one holding a warm, festive, winter cocktail. In this case, the cinnamon and black peppercorns infuse just enough spice to balance the flavorful apple cider, while pairing perfectly with the mineral undertones of LEAF Vodka Rocky Mountain Mineral Water. Like a delicious salted caramel, the key here is balance, and this drink nails it!

1.5 oz. LEAF Vodka made from Rocky Mountain Mineral Water (Provides richness and complexity, offering a warm and savory impression)
4 cups pressed apple cider
4 oz. maple syrup
2 lemons, sliced thinly
12 cinnamon sticks
3 tbsp. black peppercorns

In a small plastic bag, lightly crush the peppercorns with a rolling pin to release their aroma. Once crushed, in a saucepan over a medium/low flame, heat the apple cider with all of the other ingredients (except the vodka) for 20 minutes to infuse their flavors. Keep warm over low heat or in a Crock-Pot until ready to serve. To serve as a cocktail, add 5 oz. of the infused cider to 1.5 oz. of LEAF Vodka made from Rocky Mountain Mineral Water and garnish with a thin slice of lemon.

Serves 4-6.

2oz. LEAFVodka made from Alaskan Glacial Water
1oz. lime juice
2 slices of red pepper
5 mint leaves
