After being welcomed by Carmen, a spa technician, I was introduced to the room where the device is located. The procedure involves two steps. Carmen measured my waist and hips and invited me to exercise on a step-on vibration plate. The machine provides cardiovascular exercise to start metabolizing fat. Your whole body shakes while you perform lateral arm movements. After two ten-minute sessions, I was in a sweat. This helps burn fat ten times faster than the step class at your gym.
The second step involves the Lila Strawberry. After lying down on the treatment table, laser paddles were placed on my lower waist area before the device was set in motion. The laser reduces the size of adipocyte cells without damaging them. The process only shrinks cells breaking down triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol before releasing them. The treatment was painless and after measuring the area, it turned out that I had lost one full inch of fat on my waist. Carmen instructed me to exercise to help flush the recently released fat out of my system. The amount of treatments required varies according to the amount of fat you have. For me two or three more sessions were recommended but in some cases you may have to go up to ten sessions.
