The Acne Cure Facial at Aesthetic Allure & Laser Hair Removal

Take the Q train to Sheepshead Bay and discover all your favorite skin treatments at Aesthetic Allure & Laser Hair Removal, Brooklyn’s most reputable laser and skin care center since 2007. The spa has a wide range of services in skincare that include Signature facials, Hydrafacials, Eclipse Microneedling, Stem Cell facials and many more.

I took my teenage daughter to the spa to get an Acne Cure Facial and we both enjoyed our visit very much. My daughter’s skin was carefully evaluated before the service to decide exactly what was necessary to help improve her skin.

In a little treatment room, my daughter met with her aesthetician Kristina Romanchuck and laid on the bed under a blanket. Her skin was thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated to remove all dead skin cells. Even though a teen may have acne, the surface of the skin may be extremely dry. After thorough exfoliation, the aesthetician used a Hydrofacial MD, a hydration machine that deeply moisturizes the surface of the skin.

After that, a steam machine helped soften and clean the pores.

The next step included extracting blackheads and after that a Hydration Mask was applied. An anti-bacterial LED Light Therapy was the last stage of the process to correct and prevent blemishes and inflammation.

After one hour and a half of skin treatment, my teenager‘s skin looked much more hydrated and luminous. Acne marks were slightly more visible after the facial process because all the pimples were brought out from beneath the surface of the skin. You should therefore not plan a major social event in the next couple of days after the facial. However, after two to three days, the full effect of the treatment will be seen and the skin will look clearer. Several visits will bring improvements in skin texture, hydration and balance. For tough acne, a series of custom tailored treatments might be recommended.

My daughter was very pleased with the results and is now enjoying a summer in the Hamptons with a much clearer, less blemished complexion.

The Acne Cure Facial costs $100 and takes an hour and a half. I highly recommend Kristina Romanchuck, the aesthetician who was very gentle, very professional and good with a slightly nervous teenager. Visit the spa and save on all skin treatments and procedures you usually receive in Manhattan. For more information visit aestheticallure.com.
