If you are frustrated over what to gift your favorite co-worker, that party animal neighbor, a finicky uncle or the hard-to-buy-for person on your list, we’ve found the perfect solutions to fire up their holidays and something they will appreciate into the New Year. The T-Fal Grill and Certified Angus Beef are certain to make your Christmas carnivores pleasantly surprised, jolly and impressed.

T-FelGrill

The T-Fal Grill is nothing short of amazing. It’s the essential gift especially for those who live in the metropolis and don’t have access to an outdoor grill – it’s also a welcome addition for those who need a kitchen grill.

What sets this appliance apart is the color monitoring of the T-Fal OptiGrill that tells the chef exactly when the steak, pork, chicken, fish and/or vegetables are cooked to perfection. It alerts you at every step of the cooking process so you get the perfect cuisine according to specific temperatures: rare, medium, well-done. We tested the T-Fal Grill and tried several of their recipes and the outcome was exactly as the company states — grilled to perfection. The grill is easy to operate, clean and small enough to store when not in use.

We recently discovered Certified Angus Beef. This purveyor ships USDA Choice and grade single cuts along with deluxe options that will fit every budget. Each gilded gift box is beautifully presented, shipped inside a reusable insulated cooler that arrives within 3 days. This gift carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

We suggest the deluxe Cattlemen’s Premium Collection, which includes 12 steaks — four 12-oz. strip steaks, four 8-oz. filet mignons and four 10-oz. ribeye steaks.

Many people think the Filet Mignon is the king of all cuts, and they have reasons for believing this. We prepared the steak on the T-Fal Grill and the steak was not only tasty, tender and juicy but the quality and flavor was equal if not better than most of the fine steakhouses we’ve experienced in Manhattan.

Tip: Just add a little salt and pepper on both sides of the cut prior to grilling. No steak sauce necessary. It is a regal experience for the taste buds.

We also served up the Prime Ribeye Steak. This superior cut will melt in your mouth with its tenderness and savory flavors. We recommend that you serve it to family and guests medium-rare. If you want to see a grill master’s head spin, order a steak well-done. If they insist on more cooking, that is their preference.

We accompanied the steak with string beans, mushrooms and onions — all grilled on the T-Fal Grill. The outcome was received with ‘oohhs, aaahs and mmmmm’ heard all the way from our kitchen to the Food Network.

The Strip Steak is the best of the lot to add a marinade. We recommend a zesty combination of the following ingredients:

¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Cup of Pineapple Juice
¼ Cup of Virgin Olive Oil
2 smashed garlic cloves
½ tea spoon dried basil
Sea Salt & Pepper

Mix all marinade ingredients together in a shallow glass, baking dish. Pierce 2 steaks on all sides with a fork and place in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Grill to desired temperature. The juicy and flavorful outcome will amaze you and your dinner guests.
