Winter Make-up Trends: Dazzle for Valentine’s Day

With post-holiday parties and Valentines Day on the horizon, you’ll want to shimmer through to springtime. Beautycaster Hayley Thompson presents a few trends to master here: the Cat Eye with a Twist, the orange-hued Coppery Eye, and the colored, plummy Dark Lip.

First she uses Nars Duo Eyeshadow in Mediterranee followed by the Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint For Eyes in Fuller Fudge (no brushes!) to achieve a coppery, shimmering eye that’s still soft for candlelight dinners. Then she creates a dark lip with Clinique Chubby Stick Intense Moisturising Lip Color Balm in Grandest Grape and Lancome L’Absolu Rouge in Aubergine Velvet for lips that look wine-kissed.
