Numi – Turmeric Chai Golden Latte

Numi Organic Tea Tumeric Chai Golden Latte Powdered Tea

The fall is for lattes. Well, lattes are something I drink all year round. But especially during the colder months, you’ll want something to bring the froth and help boost your immune system. I’m a huge fan of Numi teas already, but this fall I’m going to have a new favorite with their Tumeric Chai Golden Latte. It contains cinnamon and cardamom and is absolutely delicious.

This version is a little different than your typical loose leaf or bagged tea. Since it’s a loose powder just add a teaspoon of powdered beverage into your cup and 8 ounces of hot water or milk. My personal favorite version of this is using hot almond milk and a bit of honey as a nightcap.

Modica  – Cacao Espresso Martini

Modica mix cacao espresso martini

I’ve recently become obsessed with espresso martinis after being introduced to it by a friend. I never was a coffee flavour fan, but this year, something different hit. Modica takes my recent drink obsession and steps it up a couple notches. The Cacao Espresso Martini is the perfect mix for those who want a quick indulgent Martini without the hassle of making the espresso.

The cacao also adds a ridiculously rich layer to the taste profile and a pronounced chocolate vibe. I tried it both with Vodka and as a mocktail, mixing it with almond milk. Both were amazing and I love that I can also treat myself on my “off-alcohol” days.

The measurements suggested are equal parts vodka and espresso martini mix. However, I prefer things a little less sweet ( the one drop of orange juice for a mimosa type). If you also prefer less sweet alternatives I would highly suggest adding one part milk of choice. I added almond milk last second and it was absolutely delicious.

I don’t expect this bottle to make it through the winter. If you are an espresso martini fan like me, maybe grab yourself two just in case.

I can’t even begin to say my favorite. I definitely let out a happy irrepressible squeal when I opened my scone box.
